supposely at 13 months and 2 weeks...

At this point you're still your toddler's favorite playmate. But as he gets better at expressing himself through words and gestures, he'll enjoy being around other children. If you take him on playdates or to the park, you may notice that he plays near other children but not really with them. Experts call this "parallel play," and it's perfectly normal for a 13-month-old who still thinks the world revolves around him.

i wish. supergirl has been playing 'at' everyone since 10 months! she's very very social and loves to interact not just observe or play on the side. in fact, she's so keen in making eye-contact with everyone, if someone does not return her gaze, sometimes she gets very frustrated and may attempt other means to get that person's attention!

and she loves to pat her playdate's hand or face, and smiles at them, and even give hugs. i don't know if i should be proud or worried that she's just too easily accepting of anyone and everyone! she loves to give kisses too!!!
