HERE'S HOW TO PLAY: Starting at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 07/03/2009, and continuing through 11:59 p.m. EDT on 08/15/2009 (the "Promotion Period"), log on to www.sunnyd.com and follow the on-screen instructions to enter the sweepstakes. Once you enter the sweepstakes, you are entered to win any one of our prize offerings detailed below, including a chance to have a Rock Band Party at your house. If you win you will have the opportunity to have an exclusive Rock Band party at your residence with a visit from the 2 SunnyD Hip Hop Tour dancers. Details on the specifics of this prize are below. For the grand prize, you may only enter the contest once. For the daily win prize (a $10 iTunes gift card) you may come back to enter the sweepstakes once per day during the Promotion Period. There is a limit of one entry per day, and you are only eligible to win one prize for the entire Promotion Period. Grand Prize must be claimed by 09/15/2009, and you must be able to have your party on a date that is convenient for Hi[ Hop Tour dancers, otherwise you will receive the cash equivalent of this in addition to the rest of the prize package. Other prizes must be claimed by 09/15/2009, or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Normal Internet charges, if any, charged by your Internet service provider, will apply. IMPORTANT NOTE: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Pop Design Works, LLC on or about 08/21/2009 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner of the Sweepstakes will be notified by phone, mail, and/or e-mail.

PRIZES, APPROX. RETAIL VALUES (ARV):

1 grand prize with a total approximate retail value of $2979.97 will be available to be won as follows: one Nintendo Wii ® and Rock Band ® game package with extra Wii ® guitar (valued at $479.97), a visit from 2 Hip Hop Dancers (approximate value $1500.00) assorted SunnyD party favors and product (valued at $500), and $500 spending money for winner only. If a winner can not schedule their party on date that the dancers are available, they will receive $1500 in place of a visit from the Hip HopTour dancers (ARV: $2979.97). No cash substitutions will be made if the winner cannot claim the prize. A parent or legal guardian must supervise the winner’s party.

1 first prize with an approximate retail value of $479.97 will be available as follows: one Nintendo® Wii™™ ® with Rock Band 2™ ® game and additional Wii™ ® guitar controller (ARV: $479.97).

1 second prize with a total approximate retail value of $250.00 will be available as follows: one $250.00 Ticketmaster ® gift certificate towards concert tickets to the show of your choice. (ARV: $250.00).

6 third pries with a total approximate retail value of $600.00 will be available as follows: 6 winners will receive $100.00 gift certificates to a local dance studio, within 30 miles of their residence, (ARV: $600.00).

42 “daily win” prizes with a total approximate retail value of $420.00 will be available as follows: 42 winners will receive a $10 gift card code to iTunes ®. 1 winner will be chosen each day. Entrants may enter once a day for this prize. Entering daily for this prize will not increase chances of winning other prizes.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes and award all unclaimed prizes via the second-chance method of entry should a virus, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by sponsors, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to termination.

GENERAL RULES: By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be governed by these rules and by accepting prize, winners agree, if requested, to the use of their names and/or photographs without compensation for advertising purposes related to this promotion, except where prohibited. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize winner, the parent/legal guardian who will be supervising the minor’s party will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and a publicity release (except where prohibited) within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner selected. Prize winner's parent/legal guardian will be required to accompany him/her on trip and will be counted as a traveling companion. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to departure. All travelers must agree to depart and return within the dates and at times specified by the Sponsor. Party must be occur on dates specified by Sponsor. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners. No substitution or transfer of prize except as provided herein. No cash redemptions except as provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, should any prize or portion of prize become unavailable. Pop Design Works, LLC (the judges) are final in all matters, including winner verification. By accepting prize, winners agree to release and hold Pop Design Works, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, agents, officers, directors or employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize.
